First off, I am not an uber-fighter. Not by a long shot. But I feel that the alledged iron grasp of Skillz on anyone with a younger account than him has lasted long enough.
For christ's sakes, Skillz. The only sensible thing I've yet to see you write on these boards is the fact that you at least outwardly don't approve of any form of cheating.
I don't know you, and I've not met you, so I really have no way of knowing whether or not that holds up. Anyway, aprt from that, the rest of what you post is a bit too much of the "I've played this game for so and so long, so all you n00bs just stfu". Seriously, you're a disgrace. People hear of you, and think "OMG, a pirate, lemme get out of the way", *ingame* ... And then this on the boards?
It's nothing new that most people don't care for your self-righteous smacktalking on the boards, your killrecord ingame nonwithstanding.
It's nothing new that people find your attitude tiring.
There are pirates out there I respect, as they don't spend their time degrading anyone in the game not as uber as themselves.
But your general detractions of anyone pointing out either hypocrisy, cowardice, or, on the odd situation, outright inaccuracies in your posts/actions, is really getting old.
Basically, it's no match for x amounts of campers, to take a Thorax. Nothing new, and heck, most alliances will willingly whack an easy target in 'their' system, and then proceed to fight over the scraps.
But badmouthnig anyone you meet, or who even *gasp* dares to disagree with you, is not any form of style.
Leave alone, requiring 'skillz'.
If you one day come to realise that your status, whatever kind, in this game, means nothing to earn you respect, you've come a long way.
Until then...I'm tempted to use one of your standard replies, but heck:
Just grow out of it. Really.
